Cycles was designed for use in books and other publications with lengthy texts and/or complex typography using different sizes of type. Different versions of Cycles have been designed for setting at specific point sizes as was the practice in the days of metal type. There are versions for 5, 7, 9, 11, 18, 24, and 36 point. A comprehensive view is provided in the PDF Specimen Book. Cycles is part of a larger complex of typefaces which include Arepo, SFPL, and Stone Print.
